Frameboard was founded by industry veteran Jodi Storms, who brings 25 years of hands-on eyecare experience, including 12 years managing a high-volume private practice and over 13 years as an optical sales rep. Tired of relying on outdated paper workflows, she teamed up with her husband, Kortney Storms, an enterprise software solutions leader with 20+ years of experience, to build Frameboard and modernize optical ordering.

The routine was all too familiar: jotting down notes during client meetings, spending evenings filling out carbon copy forms at home, snapping a photo, emailing it off, and hoping every detail remained legible for processing. It was clear that the industry's digital transformation was long overdue.

Now we’re opening the product to fellow reps and the manufacturers they represent, without asking anyone to become a tech person first.
