When a rep needs to process a return, Frameboard handles it through the same order-form workflow. The manufacturer's form is used, the return is logged against the account, and the right contact gets the paperwork — the same way a regular order works, just in reverse.

Works offline
Catalogs, customers, and draft orders live on the iPad, so a weak office Wi-Fi signal cannot hold up a visit. Everything syncs to the cloud once you are connected again.
Safety nets
If a frame in a draft has been discontinued, Frameboard warns you before you send. Order history also makes one-tap reorders straightforward.
